Alan Wilmot currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel for Heitner Legal, where he specializes in intellectual property, contracts, business, and sports and entertainment law, with an exclusive focus on trademarks, brand management and development, endorsement/sponsorship agreements, daily fantasy sports, skill games/esports, and athlete contract/market value analysis
