Alan Wilmot, Esq.

Alan Wilmot attended University of Miami School of Law with the intent of becoming a leading expert in sports law. During his time on campus, Alan interned with the best in the business, Darren Heitner, while Darren was a partner at Wolfe Law Miami and joined him when he started his own firm, Heitner Legal, in 2014. Through working his way up the ranks to his current position as Senior Associate at Heitner Legal, Alan gained significant knowledge specializing in intellectual property, contracts, business, and sports and entertainment law, with extensive experience in brand management and development, endorsement / sponsorships, daily fantasy sports, skill games/eSports, and athlete contract / market value analysis.

Alan Wilmot graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and Minor in Business from Texas A&M University in 2012. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015. Alan is a former member of UM Law’s Entertainment and Sports Law Society and International and Comparative Law Review.
